Are the ship controls a joke? I like this game, this is my first experience, some things really pull the game down for me. Flight Controls: They are horrible. There is no excuse for that so don't even bother trying to tell me it's a design choice, controller compatibility or an immersion thingy.

THat's it. P.s. Not sure about this but somehow symptoms maybe related to NMS game engine and how it "re-detects?"
On PC, you use the WASD keys to control forward and backward thrust and roll. Pitch and yaw are on the mouse. But the acceleration seems off on the mouse aspect, which caused me to shoot wildly
Just so everyone's clear. If you're playing in survival mode the ship's launch thrusters have to be filled to 100% to take off and burns 100% of the fuel in a single takeoff. It's one of the ways they made the game harder. Beyond that (as far as I know) it's a glitch. #10.
